OpusCapita supports many large governmental and multinational companies who need to simplify their supply chain management processes. Managing invoices and procurement across multiple companies and even across borders is not trivial. A typical approach from many large organizations facing this reality is to limit the number of suppliers / customers they have or the frequency of order processing, as it simplifies account management, but this comes at a great expense of choice and flexibility. Through automation and open connectivity, OpusCapita answers this challenge with the ability to support even the most complex supply chain, regardless of the number of suppliers or regions, in a simple, scalable manner.

With OpusCapita taking care of formatting, routing, tracking and handling of all e-invoices from their service desk, speed and performance of their software is key. OpusCapita is processing and monitoring circa 5 million transactions each month, with a peak flow of around 500,000 new invoices a day, all collected from a large array of data formats and delivery channels. Included in this are SOAP, HTTPS, RFC, PEPPOL, X400(S)FTP, Email, direct connections and even paper!
